At Terrapin Select we take customer satisfaction very seriously. In order to ensure that we serve you to the best of our ability, please inspect your delivery order carefully upon arrival to make sure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to us at service@terrapinselect.com Be sure to included detailed information along with images for any product damaged within the time frame.

If you are not satisfied with the products we carry you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 5 days of the purchase date. You may submit this request by writing to service@terrapinselect.com

 

Order Process & Delivery Method

After we receive an order in our system there may be a processing time of 24 hours is possible to review the order. Orders can be picked up or shipped via UPS Ground. Air shipments available upon request at additional cost. Shipping times are dependent on location from our fulfillment center in Newark, Delaware. Typical shipping times vary from 1 to 5 days (Monday through Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.

If a backorder does take place, we will notify you of the backorder and provide an estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in the form of an email that is automatically sent to you.
