Please inspect your delivery order carefully upon arrival to make sure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to included detailed information along with images for any product damaged within the time frame.
Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and someone from our team will be in touch the next business day to either replace the damaged product or refund the purchase.
Unfortunately, due to concerns with Covid-19 and for the safety of all, we cannot accept any returns on products that are not damaged.
Order Process & Delivery Method
After we receive an order in our system there may be a processing time of 24 hours is possible to review the order. Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 9AM – 4pm with notification or shipped via UPS Ground. Air shipments available upon request at additional cost. Shipping times are dependent on location from our fulfillment center in Newark, Delaware. Typical shipping times vary from 1 to 5 days (Monday through Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.
If a backorder does take place, we will notify you of the backorder and provide an estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in the form of an email that is automatically sent to you.
